16" Sylvia Flat-Line SLIM skirt

Elegant and Stylish and so very neat!
 
A new design inspired by one of our longstanding and valued customers who wanted a slim short skirt that was cut flat across the front rather than tapered higher in the middle.
 
Shown above in 16" Slim cut in the following colours:

Damson
Peacock Blue
 
Our Flat line skirts are available in the following lengths: 13", 16", 19 and 21".
Note: All our skirt lengths are taken from the centre back of the skirt (where the label is) this is the longest length measured from the waistband down to the hem.
 
These skirts are also available in our normal Regular cut - which look pretty much the same but allow a bit more room across the hips whilst still having the flat line going across the front.
 
REGULAR vs SLIM CUT - What’s the difference?
 
REGULAR CUT
• The regular cut employs a more generous amount of fabric arond the hips, intended to create layers of lovely ripples to catch the air as you move.
• It has been carefully shaped to keep all the *important areas* covered whilst you move.

• Ideal for women with a more hourglass shape and greater hip to waist ratio ⌛️ AND for those who want lots of lovely, billowy ripples in their skirt.
 
SLIM CUT - Our returning guest. 🤩
• The slim cut is shaped flatly across the front and floatier at the back.
• Younger dancers often prefer the slim cut. 
• Teachers love it too as it allows a clear view of placement and alignment. Nowhere to hide!
• Designed for the more athletic looking ballerinas with a straighter figure and less of a waist to hip ratio.
